If your order isn’t the right fit, we make returns and exchanges clear and straightforward.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Fragrance products must be unopened and sealed to qualify for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We support one complimentary exchange per order for eligible apparel, based on available stock.
How to Start a Return
- Contact support with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items that do not meet policy standards are not eligible for return.
