Notre Histoire
La Maison Dorée was born in a small Parisian arrondissement in 1987, when master baker Henri Leclerc opened his first shop with nothing but a stone oven and a dream of sharing true French baking with the world.
Today, his granddaughter Sophie carries that torch — sourcing heritage wheat from local farms, fermenting doughs with 40-year-old starters, and training a new generation to keep every tradition alive.
